Instructions: Card front: Cut 5½”x11” black cardstock, score at 5½” and fold to form a 5½” square card. Place the fold on the left. Glue a 5¼” square gold sparkles holographic paper centered. Mat a 4¾” ivory cardstock square on black cardstock with 1/8” borders. Glue centered. Use the largest scalloped oval cutting die to cut a scalloped oval from black cardstock. Use the largest doily cutting die to cut a doily from ivory cardstock, and set the inner oval aside for later. Trim the doily center, following the dots along the inside for a smooth inner oval window. Glue the doily centered on the scalloped oval mat, and glue to the card front. Use the Flower #3 cutting die to cut two sets of pink cardstock petals, two sets of pink hearts holographic petals, and two sets of ivory cardstock petals. Comment: 2/25/14: Reluctantly changing the rating to a 3 since I did finally receive the swap items last week (almost 14 months past the due date). While I give her credit for finally resolving this, I was expected to come online immediately to change the rating (and she messaged me several times) but did not give me the courtesy to see why I hadn't come on (I had no computer for over a week due to a windows crash). I waited 14 months for the items, waiting a week for a rerate was not out of line (perhaps I was away, or sick/hurt like she was last year when the swap was due). 1/27/14: Was asked again to rerate but swap items still have not been received after numerous promises. It is now 13 months after the swap and unfortunately either the post office has lost numerous swaps or they have not been sent. Perhaps when resending lost swaps one should use delivery tracking/confirmation to ensure that they are received. 12/16/13: Cannot rerate as items were never received. Unfortunately, almost two months after the swap ended I still have not received my items. I was told another package would be sent, but not yet :-(. Will rerate if I ever receive the cards.

UPDATE #2 3/5/13: Don't misrepresent the situation and say I did not contact you before rating. I left a Comment on your Profile on 2/16. You did not respond. (And you deleted this Comment on 3/4/13.) I left appropriate ratings on 2/20 and 2/23. You didn't respond. I upgraded your ratings on 3/4 and thanked you for your swaps I received. THEN you sent me a PM expressing your disappointment and accused me of being unkind. What else could you have been disappointed in and considered unkind but those 3s? Because I have been nothing but kind to you in my original Comment on 2/16 and even in my two 1 ratings to you. The only time you can even suggest I was "unkind" was when I responded firmly to your inappropriate PM. And even then I have been kind. You did not say you didn't deserve those 3s but you didn't say you did deserve them either. You did say I was unkind. And you did say you were disappointed. The entire purpose of your rude PM was to guilt me into changing your 3's to 5's. I rarely leave 3s and when I do, I'm tired of receiving inappropriate PMs implying I should change my rating. So if it's unkind to say so, then I'm unkind for saying so. But other than that, I've been nothing but kind to you trying to let you know at 2 weeks that I had not received your swap, and at 4 weeks, leaving 1 ratings promising to change it when I received the swaps, which I did immediately when I received them yesterday.UPDATE #3 3/5/13: You can call me "unbalanced" but I assure you I am not. What I am is tired of swappers who try to guilt other swappers in giving them 5s and then when that doesn't work, they accuse the rater of being unbalanced or any other means to discredit the rater. This is why swappers are afraid of giving appropriate 3's or even 1's because of swappers who send them PMs and call them names and try to deflect other swappers from the main issue. But I will stand firm and not be bullied down by name calling. You should have just accepted your 3's and not sent me that PM. Please reconsider a similar PM to your other 1 raters if they upgrade only to a 3 when they receive. UPDATED 3/6/13: I will continue to defend myself against your accusations if you want to keep making them. This is ridiculous that this is all stemming from my 3 ratings to you! You accuse me of having altered my original response, and that is not true. Show me what you are talking about. I have kept a copy of your rating screen each time it has been updated, as I've had to defend myself against your accusations where you call me unbalanced, incoherent, immature. I also take issue with you implying that I have been contacting you and that you had to block me. I have not "contacted" you in any way except HERE in this rating to defend myself against your accusations and my "3" ratings. And I do that because you continue to make personal attacks against me in your rating comments. The issue was and still is that I upgraded my 1's to 3's, not 5's, and you were "disappointed" and thought I would be kinder. And from there you have done nothing but call me names and imply I've done things I have not. Please stop and go on. You're getting some lovely ratings on other late swaps, so let this one go. You can delete it at the end of the year in Rachel's charity drive.

This swap was marked Sent 2/4/13, and the other swap was marked sent 2/9/13. It is 2/20/13 and we both live in the States. Of course I am happy to change the rating as soon as the swap is received.
