**Taking a break to move.

Since I have worked hard for nearly 18 years to keep my ratings and reputation good I feel compelled to clear the air as someone seems allergic to the truth. I NEVER changed any ratings for the user below, I did however add to the comment to make it more clear of the situation. She was rated for her 3 week lateness (which she lied about as both of her partners had the same postmark) and inability to follow the directions of the swap. I don't need a third resend when the first two weren't done properly. As of 9/26 she is still witholding my rating. In short, she doesn't follow the rules of the swap and when she is rated appropriately she bullies & verbally abuses you in messages while appearing innocent in her rating comments.

*As far as the 3 rating from @Drea3nvy (she keeps going back and forth giving me a 3 or takes my rating away entirely)..simply put, it's a retaliatory rating for giving her a 3 for sending late. She is not being honest with how everything happened. I have screen shots of her previous 5 & heart rating before she changed it to a 3 as well as the messages blackmailing me.

9/6 Received 5 & a heart.

9/12 took away a heart (after rating her a 3)

9/12 received a 3

9/13 took away the 3

9/15 gave the 3 back

9/15 took the rating away entirely

I leave this up for my own records if I don't receive confirmation that someone has received a wish or tag.
