Comment: Hurrah! I never would have guessed what it was. I thought for sure it was the mini Mountie hat. But, to be fair to me, Imy current roll of plastic wrap is at least 6 years old (honest) and doesn't have doo-dads like that. In 1992 I was still working a roll of plastic wrap that had a sponsorship ad for the Lake Placid Olympic Games printed on the carton (they were in 1980!). I am making a recycled doll for another swap- I think I will use this for a hat! What fun!

Response: I hope it got there in one piece :) The picture is of an old log cabin at a start park near Birmingham. The park is called Tannehill. We love to go ove there and see the history being preserved. There are lots of weekends when crafters are there showing how to carve wood, make musical instruments, quilt, make handmade paper, etc. There are large antique/collectible weekends too.
