My husband loves the beef jerky-- I was about to go to the store just for Beef Jerky for our road trip tomorrow and he loves the salsa and he's a frustrated chef so all the recipes are going to be perfect!! For my part, I love museums and I love local history so I'm going to enjoy those guides (and I do read cookbooks for the lore and tradition-- and I will eat all the goodies too).
