As of today, 6-29-21, I have not gotten the templet and advised by the coordinator to rate a 3 since only half the requirement was met. I am so sorry to rate this. A large amount of time was given but since the next rounds deadline needed to be mailed tomorrow, I went ahead and made a templet for you and mailed your postcard off.
Response: The mail system is struggling with COVID restrictions, mail has been returned to me and lost several times. Its for this reason, i will take a break from swap-bot.
