Our local sorting office is still understaffed so deliveries to me are often delayed and it seems to be affecting outgoing sometimes as well with collections from the post boxes not happening every day, so if you haven't received anything you're expecting from me please let me know.

If I've clicked 'sent' at the weekend I will have put it in the postbox but it may not move on until Monday or sometimes even Tuesday or Wednesday depending on how the collections are working in my area so please be aware that sometimes the postmark will be a different date from my sent date

Request - If you are able to send an envelope with stamps rather than the printed postage if possible could you try to leave a 1cm gap around at least three sides of each stamp. I collect used stamps to send to a local animal charity. I save the really special ones for swaps and crafting but I donate as many as possible as it's a great cause. thank you

Postcards - Unless the swap specifically asks for it Please don't send 'greetings from', tourist cards or cards from specific areas as blank cards, even as part of a scavenger hunt, as I won't send them on to anyone else if it's not a country I can post from, obviously I'm happy to receive them if you're sending a written card and it's your home country.

I have issues with Blue ink in pens. Don't ask me why, I have no idea, but I cannot write in Blue ink. It has to be Black, or any other colour, just not Blue.

My favourite colours are Red, purple, Black, Silver and brights like orange, yellow and green. I love black and white images and photography and black and white things are cool as well. I'm not a big fan of pink.

Loves Star Wars and Dr. Who. Hates reality TV except for The (UK) Apprentice, Bake Off and Masterchef.

Loves Books, learning, discovering new things, photography quests (see my blog for a list of my current quests and scavenger hunts My Never Ending Story I've just got into crafts to relieve the stress of my day job and am loving learning. Cricut apprentice, Rock painter, trainee crocheter and I'm really getting into papercrafts. and mixed media art. I'll try anything once :)

I've discovered watercolour painting, Zentangle and Neurographic art and I'm learning and loving Wiccan, particularly Kitchen Witch and am a little bit Goth. I love the supernatural or mythical, especially Dragons and the darker side of life.

Vegetarian animal lover who just wants to get to know more of the amazing people on this planet and discover new things as often as possible.

I live just outside of Oxford with my husband. We had to say a heartbroken goodbye to our lovely 18-year-old, slightly unhinged but very loveable Cat called Smodge a few years ago and now have a rescued young tabby sharing our home who's got big paw prints to fill but he's settling in. His name is Regulus (Reg for short). There's always a chance you'll see a postcard featuring Smodge, Reg is a little camera shy but I'm sure he'll have his own range soon.

I have a fairly eclectic taste in music and always find it really hard to answer the 'favourite music' question.

I love discovering new music from bands and singers who aren't necessarily well known yet

I don't want to list a load of 'do not sends' as I always think the swaps should be the senders choice but FYI - I don't like Black tea, I love fruits, herbal, green and Jasmine but not black of any variety, and I hate Anchovies although I can't imagine a swap where anchovies might be included.

Roses - or rather the smell of Roses, gives me a headache and I can't use anything that smells of Rose. Please don't send Love Island and reality TV stuff or anything religious. Pagan and Wiccan are cool with me though.

I mentioned it at the top of the page but please don't send touristy postcards in swaps, I really don't like them. At best they'll get used in a swap for postcards that people don't like, at worst they'll go to waste. I won't send a tourist postcard unless I can send it from the country it's from so they are wasted on me. Thanks

I've discovered Postcrossing and love it so I'm always happy to receive postcards I love quirky cards, cat-themed, Wiccan, mythical creatures (especially Dragons), Harry Potter, Art, animals, funny or just plain weird and anything in my A-Z but I'm happy to receive any postcards except for 'greetings from or tourist cards unless they are written and posted as a specific part of a swap.

Please don't send blank tourist postcards even as part of a scavenger hunt as I won't send them on unless it's a place I can post from and it seems such a waste.
