Hi everybody, It's been a little while since I've been active here- I've been traveling and moving and well, just so busy. Anyhow, I'm looking forward to new treasures in my mailbox...

I like getting packages in the mail, because I miss getting presents when I was a child. Being a kid was the best deal ever.

I make movies and noises and pictures of different kinds. That's my not-always-a-paying-job, and I love it. My day job involves sewing specialty leather items for a fantastic family-run business here in San Francisco.

Lately, I've been listening to a lot of Beethovan. Well, actually, just the 9th symphony on repeat. Also, Ladytron. They go together well, you'd be surprised.

Nina Hagen, David Bowie, Jane's Addiction, Nick Cave, Lou Reed (with or without the Velvet Underground), Radiohead, Brian Eno, the Cure, Um Kalthum, Interpol, MGMT, Ratatat, Vampire Weekend, Moving Units, Einstürzende Neubauten, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Joy Division, Kraftwerk, Iggy Pop, The Rapture, Rammstein, Regina Spektor, The Gentle People, Antony & the Johnsons, YATTA!

To Have and Have Not, The Third Man, The Man Who Fell To Earth, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Strictly Ballroom, God Of Cookery, The Thin Man, Cold Comfort Farm, Trainspotting, Amelie, The Shining, Meshes of the Afternoon, Un Chien Andalou, Bringing Up Baby, Blow Up, Velvet Goldmine, The Thirty Nine Steps, Wings of Desire, Belle de Jour, Mad Wednesday, Palm Beach Story, The Lady Eve... and I really do, actually adore Citizen Kane. Rarities that I haven't seen in years, but remember fondly are Las Hurdes (Land of Bread) & Towers Open Fire.
