About Me

Gender: Female

Marital Status: Married

Occupation: Architect

Dream Job: Owner of Stationery Store specializing in Artisan Paper Goods.

I am interested in swaps that are artistic in nature. Items that deal with architecture, art, paper transformations, postage stamps, typography, etc.

My style is less scrap bookish and more stylized with clean lines. I love artist books or letters that make you re-think the idea of a book or letter.

I have a healthy sense of humor; however, please avoid rude or vulgar images/text that may be found offensive.

Favorite Books

Handmade Zines and Journals

Books about Architecture, Travel, Art, Paper Crafts

Magazines of all kind - Paper Runway and Anthology are two of my most recent finds.

Good Mail Day: A Primer for Making Eye-Popping Postal Art by Jennie Hinchcliff and Carolee Gilligan Wheeler

Favorite Crafts

Mail Art

Rubber Stamps

Paper Crafts

Paper Sculptures, Garlands, Mobiles

Paper Making

Handmade Envelopes and Liners

Letterpress Cards- I have never made my own, but would love to take a class one day.

Paper goods that reflect creativity, imagination, originality, a new interpretation of an ordinary item.

I Want to Swap :

Labels

Dislikes

All things "Cute" or "Country" - including Cute or Country spelled with a "K"

Unicorns - Sorry, but they creep me out.

Clowns - Ditto.

Hearts - Fine for Valentine's Day, but a little too "Cute" for everyday.

Fairies - Too "Cute," Gnomes are the other hand are just odd enough to be cool.

Japanese Animation - Sorry, I don't get it!

Altered Objects/Images that are dark, violent, or vulgar in nature. Architects are dark enough. Please don't drag me down that path any farther.

Comment: What an awesome work of art! Brought a really needed smile today...I hated to cut it open...but it's mostly intact. Would love to see the places and I love the other things too. Wouldn't wear the shoes...LOL...but I have lots of dillo wearables. Thank you so much! Would give it 2 hearts if I could!
