I discovered my love for art in 2009 and have not stopped learning, sketching, and being creative since. I find inspiration in everyday experiences, common objects, beautiful sceneries, connection with others, and enjoying other people’s artworks.

I learnt about the Zentangle® method in 2012, and then went on to be a part of the 21st Certified Zentangle Teacher Seminar. With my mother, I have opened an art enrichment centre called "Everything Is Art" to teach the Zentangle method to people in Singapore.

In 2018, I collaborated with another Zentangle teacher, Debbie New. Together, we opened an art studio named “Seven Forests Five Rivers” (7F5R Studio). In 2021, Debbie and I welcomed an additional Zentangle teacher by the name of Susan Yeo to the Team.

On a personal front, I have a young daughter whose name is "Charlotte" (thus the username... Swap-bot told me that all the usernames I wanted were already in use. How frustrating.). Charlotte was born in 2018 and brings much joy into my life.

I also have a cat named "Mi Mi". She's a Siamese/Burmese mix and is 14 years old.

I'm on Swap-Bot to swap mostly Zentangle art works. I love colours and gemstones in my Zentangle art.... I also love the simplicity of black ink on white paper... I join swaps to share my love for Zentangle with others.

I like all sorts of animals, colourful things, anything Zentangle-related... I love stickers and washi tape. I love pressed flowers/leaves. I love receiving things that are unique to your culture/country/state.

I enjoy the occasional cup of tea, though I'm not a fan of coffee. I do like dark chocolates, sweets, and snacks (although I'm not sure how they'll hold up travelling through the mailing system....)
