I will be taking a break from swapping for awhile. My husband has been out of work for over a year now and I am working multiple jobs to make ends meet. I don't have the energy to put into swaps at the moment! Prayers for him to find a new job and for us to be able to sell our house and move to one that is easier for us to take care of ( read ME!) are greatly appreciated!💟

I am a mixed media artist. I am also a CRMA ,a PSS and a DSP/RBIS , working with adults with cognitive disability and brain injury and I assist people with organizing everything from their closets to their lives as a Professional Organizer!

I collect anything Noah's Ark themed .I also absolutely adore sock monkeys! If you send me anything with a Noah's Ark or Sock monkey theme to it I promise to love you forever!! :D

Our mail service is pretty terrible in the country. During the winter our mail lady will often refuse to deliver our mail for weeks at a time! I promise to rate as soon as I am able to actually get my mail!

I am a 1st generation American;my parents are Jamaican. I was born in Louisiana but now live in the woods in Maine with my husband of 31+ years and 1 cat who has FHC and has outlived all expectations and predictions! We also have numerous wild animals we tend including many new baby raccoons and woodchucks and their mums!

I always send my swaps and rate as soon as I get them. Please PM me if a swap is late getting to you and I will resend right away if it can't be tracked .I strive for 5s and hearts .If you feel something I sent is not worthy of either,let me know and I will do my best to improve my swap!

Even if I don't particularly like something I receive I will always find something nice to say about it because I know the sender put effort into it and we do not all share the same taste. Why be unkind? Whom does it benefit to be nasty or unpleasant, really? As an artist myself I also know how personally we feel about our creations. Sending out something we made is like sending out a piece of ourselves! Something to think about! :D

My favourite colour is purple.

I love jewel tones,deep,rich colours and anything neon! My favourite materials are fabric,yarn and anything to do with sewing,crocheting, knitting or mixed media works. I will happily accept broken bead bits,buttons and paper scraps!I am fine with anything with religious imagery.:) I love nature,the earth,animals,trees,God! I love coffee and teas of all sorts (except as noted below). My favourite flavours are chocolate,coffee and banana!

I don't have children or dogs.So I really can't use anything related to either.

snowmen,clowns and the snuggle bear all seriously creep me out! Augh!!

I cannot use anything from a smoking environment.Also nothing with profanity or the like.

I am allergic to Earl Grey/Lady Grey teas and dislike immensely apple and orange flavoured things (like tea or cider).

I have Celiac (no wheat or gluten).

scrapbooking-I just don't enjoy it,really!

beading/making jewelry-I love handmade jewelry;but all those tiny beads and parts do not marry well with my hands and my very poor eyesight!

quilting-I love handmade quilts;but making them myself drives me crazy!!

I really don't have time to watch much television. I like old shows like Columbo, Perry Mason, that sort of thing.

I love to read! I am really into mysteries-"crafting" ones such as by Laura Childs or Susan Witting Albert and historical ones such as by Elizabeth Peters or Margaret Frazer. I will not read anything with profanity or graphic sex or violence in it! I love anything by Joyce Meyers,Beth Moore or Stormy Omartian!
