I was on a valentine making kick this weekend..I'm sure my boyfriend will be very um..bemused by the 10-page handmade valentine booklet...he thinks all the cutting and pasting is a bit odd...lol

I have been really low recently, but today, like a wonderful ray of sunshine I received a large red package containing the most wonderful gifts in a fab stocking =D I love everything and really appreciate the array of teas and drinks which I will enjoy trying plus the book is a wonderful surprise as I want to read through the LH stories properly now! I shall use the decorations next year and the gorgeous little woolen dolly is sat on my bookshelf hehe.

The shorty overalls and elf hat are made of Lily's Sugar 'n Cream in Holiday Stripes. The jacket yarn seems cotton w/metallic thread. If you ever see that exact yarn anywhere, get it if you can and I'll buy it from you or swap you for it, because I got only one ball of it out of a bag of random yarn I got from a lady who quit needle arts and she doesn't remember where she found that one...ugh. Most metallic yarns are so nasty and scratchy, that one is nice for toys.
