I am 27, live in the suburbs of Chicago, and I am taking some time off from work at the moment to finish school, I am currently going full time for my bachelors in early childhood education. I have a b/f but I am not married and have no kids of my own. I like to travel, spend time with my family and friends, go camping, play volleyball and ride my bike, scrap book, bead jewelry, and read. I currently volunteer at my church (I'm a Christian) helping with the infants and I am in the prison fellowship program and pen pal to female incarcerated youth. I am very organized, outgoing, friendly, funny, thoughtful, and I like to stay active. I am pretty simple in my decorating, clothing, and make-up. I am pretty easy to please.

I love scrap booking and recently started beading, so I enjoy crafts. Thanks to swap bot I have become addicted to matchboxes! I have a post card collection from my travels and friends and family's travel so I love getting post cards and used stamps as well. I like photography (anything to do with art), crosses, and Hello Kitty stuff. I like the color combos of brown/pink and grey/pink, but basically like all colors. I like chocolate candy, but not plain chocolate, it has to have a little something in it like peanut butter, nuts (especially almonds), coconut, toffee, etc. Stuff with carmel is my fav and I really like gummy stuff too (bears, worms, etc)! I love trying candy from other countries! I enjoy the holidays and decorating for them, Christmas ornaments are always cool. I have multiple pen-pals so I enjoy stationary, stickers, and other writing items. I like quotes and inspriational/friendship stuff. I appreciate handmade items since I often think I don't have the talent for most stuff. I like hats and mittens/gloves and scarfs. Magnets, recipes, and little trinkets are always fun! I enjoy girly stuff as well...wine, candles, bath stuff, jewelry (necklaces are my fav), chapstick/lip gloss and hair stuff (I have short hair so headbands and little clips are the best). I love the fall, the turning of the leaves (fall colors are great!), the cool weather (I love wearing jeans and sweaters and nice warm fuzzy socks (I have big feet, size 11 in women)!), and curling up with a blanket and a cup of hot chocolate or hot apple cider! Apple picking, carving pumpkins, haunted houses, preparing for Christmas...I love everything about it! I love berries, especially raspberries!

I am not a big fan of cross stitching or embrodery stuff, I don't like the grandma type but the new hip and cool type is ok. I don't mind antiques but I don't like gawdy things. I am not a big sweets eater, so I like a little candy now and again but not a ton of it. I like Disney movies (sticker and paper items would be ok), but I don't really like Disney themed items. Not a big fan of country type stuff either, like home decor or crafts. I don't like yellow gold, I prefer silver. I am not a big fan of dogs. I don't like eye liner or blushes or lip sticks (I just wear eye shadow, mascara, and lip gloss if anything at all). I don't like strange flavors in chapstick such a pina colada, chocolate, or soda pop...I prefer classic flavors like raspberry, strawberry, or cherry. I really don't like cinnamon, lemon, and vanilla scented or flavored items (gum, candles, chapstick, etc). I don't like any form of coffee or coffee flavored items either. As for stationary, I don't really care for gel pens, they never seem to write very smoothly for me.

I pretty much read anything I can get my hands on, I love the half priced book store! I like murder mystery stuff, self help books, funny girly fictional stuff, inspirational stuff, and I love reading the Farmer's Almanac (it is very interesting). I also love craft books and cook books. But again, I will read anything I can get so I am not picky!
