*****UPDATE 5/25/2021****** So, it appears that I am once again having issues with my mail being picked up everyday. I always put my swaps in the blue mail box and mark it as sent, but it looks like the fill in postal workers are not picking it up everyday, so even though I mailed it on time, it is being postmarked days later. I never flake, so if there is an issue, please let me know. If there is a swap that you should have received from me, and have not, please let me know. I will resend and make it right**********

I am a lover of all-things paper. Since I was a little kid I have collected stickers and fun Post-it notes and anything related to stationary. I am an avid penpaler and love anything I can use to make beautiful mail art with This year is my 40th birthday and I had the unexpected privilege of fighting and beating cancer before I turned 40. It is an experience that has changed my life and my outlook towards so much. I still struggle with the after effects of cancer but I am regaining my health little by little every day. Potterhead sorted into Gryffindor. Nothing really offends me. I am a cat person and I have 3 fur monsters. I have a 19 year old daughter and an 18 year old foster daughter that I am in the process of adopting.

I like most types of music. I listen mostly to country and R&B. I also like classic Rock and 90’s hiphop. Some of my favorite artists are Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Luke Bryan, Dolly Parton, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Dustin Lynch, Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton, The Doors, the Eagles, Jimmy Buffett, and Lady Antebellum. I've been to a lot of concerts some of my favorites have been Michael Jackson, Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Wu-Tang Clan, 2pac, Metallica, Madonna, and The Rolling Stones.

I'm a huge reader and love all things related to books. I tend to read a lot of YA and dystopian fiction. This year I'm trying to spread my wings and have embraced other topics so I've started reading new adult fiction, crime novels, detective/mystery books, and even the occasional self-help book. Some of my favorite more recent reads have been the Truly Devious series, a Court of Thorns and Roses series, Throne of Glass series, The Raven Cycle series and a stand-alone book called Full Disclosure.

I have way too many to list here. Some of my favorites are Star Wars, Clear and Present Danger (actually all the Jack Ryan movies), Ricochet, any of the Fast and Furious movies, Disney movies, Marvel and DC Comics movies, and Hallmark Christmas movies. I really loved all the comic book and action movies and I am definitely a sucker for anything Pixar.

It may be kind of obvious but I love all of the CW's DC Comic TV shows Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Batwoman, and Supergirl. I have been watching Person of Interest, Castle, House, and 24 on Netflix. Some other shows that are on my TV watchlist are the Americans, Black Mirror, Bosch, Call the Midwife, Elementary, the Handmaid's Tale, Homeland, Justified, sense8, This Is Us, and The Walking Dead. I love all of the NCIS shows and anything that's a crime procedural like Criminal Minds. I like all of the Chicago shows and I'm a big fan of Siren, Fort Salem MotherLand, The 100. I also like medical dramas like The Resident and The Good Doctor however I'm not a fan of Grey's Anatomy.

I have been a papercrafter for a really long time. I love to make cards, scrapbooks, and mini albums. I have recently started getting into creating my own postcards and really decorating all of my pen pal letters. I am interested in mail art and creating really fancy envelopes to send my letters in. I am a huge planner person and I enjoy making lists. I noticed that I really accomplished a whole lot more if my to do list are pretty, so I enjoy decorating my list.

I love postcards, coffee, tea, Funko Pops, Harry Potter, Disney villains, Netflix, fairies, mermaids, pangolins, axolotl, mythical creatures, good Scotch and fruity mixed drinks, manatees, Dark Chocolate, gummy candy, pineapples,traveling, 1980’s cartoons, Coke Zero, Squirt, tropical flavors, sushi, and fruity things.

Orange and black are my favorite colors but I tend to gravitate toward bright colors. I also like rich jewel tones and neutrals. I don't really have colors that I don't like. I'm just not a huge fan of neon colors, but I don't think they're ugly.

I collect so much stuff. I collect Funko Pops, I heart guts plush, Lawn Fawn stamps, anything made by Doodlebug, Erin Condren planner covers, coloring mediums, postcards, and lots of other scrapbook supplies. I also collect EOS lipgloss, perfume, and nail polish. I love shaped post it notes, Ink Joy gel pens, Sakura gelly roll pens, and Papermate Flair pens.

Things that smell like smoke, racists, flakers, chai tea, and disrespectful people.
