Description:

This is not a swap about political opinion. This is a swap to honor those who would lay down their lives for you. It is international, so you may get an ATC honoring soldiers in uniforms from around the world.
**Regardless about how you feel about war or whatever political turmoil is occurring in your life, it takes honor and courage to sign up and be deployed to fight for someone else.***

Please be sensitive and do not depict soldiers fighting with other soldiers of a specific country or nationality. We don't want to insult or hurt someone else.

If you cannot abide by these terms please do not join. If you violate these terms, your partner may give a 1 and you will be banned from my future swaps.

All that being said, this is to honor soldiers everywhere. The point of this is not who is right or wrong and such. The point is that everyone in every country has courageous men and women who are willing to defend their country from enemies and invasion. We want to honor them.

Two partners, one ATC each.

The following are swaps to come:

Hospital workers

Postal workers

Teachers/childcare workers

I'll also take suggestions (or even let someone else host) if there's another swap that you think needs to happen related to this!

The finale will be called "My Hero" and it will feature someone or an occupation of your choice. Just whoever makes a difference to you.

My husband is currently deployed off the coast of Pakistan but he is a Sailor rather than a Soldier, can I depict a Sailor or maybe do that for another swap?

Saristotle- I think any person in the Armed Forces would be acceptable. :) Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, etc.
