Spirit or Goddess Doll Swap

Since ancient days the wise ones have used spirit dolls as an essential tool in magic and religious rituals and as good luck charms. They can be used in rites of passage, celebrations and healing.

I have recently become fascinated with these unique dolls I had been seeing on Pinterest and other sites. So I tried my hand at it and have become addicted. So join me in creating a spirit or goddess doll for your partner.

This is sender's choice. What they look like is up to you. You can use a pattern and stuff them or wrap them around a twig or branch. It should be 5 to 10 inches tall, have a face and be embellished. This is the fun part! A few suggestions are beads, charms, thread, fibers, lace, feathers, botanicals, yarn and anything else you have in your stash. You need not do all of this, it is just suggestions to get your creative juices flowing.

Write a short note or story about the doll, it's name, how they inspire their owners, what they are used for. Are they a healing spirit, do they bring good luck?
