Comment: I appreciate the fact that you offered a resend back in February and I said I wanted to wait longer because we had had a Customs' strike back in January. I contacted you via e-mail and you said you'd resend, but I haven't heard anything from you since May 10 and you didn't respond to the last e-mail I sent you 4 days ago. Since you're not logging in, it looks like you don't have any intentions of making up for the swaps you owe. I'll change this rating if I ever get anything, but I doubt it.

Comment: Never received. Said that it was resent and lost in the mail. Again. Update: 7/30/2013 - still never received over a year later. Lost in the mail 3 times???

Comment: I've been sending a few mails but ... I keep waiting for my swap. I will rerate if I get it.
Response: UPDATE 6/1/16 I resent this, and I am pretty sure the swapper recieved it, but just never re-rated. She has been inactive for almost 2 years, so there isn't much i can do about it =(
