Comment: Your mail and art made me so HAPPY!! And thank you for the special artwork and quote by Jandy Nelson. c: I felt your excitement while reading your postcard message to me, because I feel the same way about that book! It got so good, I wanted to treasure it and take it slow, but led to me not finishing it. xD I am trying to re-read again one of these days, but haven't found the time to in order to truly enjoy it. I love all the metaphors and the way it is written, and how he describes things. Just something about it. I'm so happy someone out there feels the same way about that book as I do. I would love to be pen pals and get to know each other if you would like :D Also, did you do these watercolor backgrounds on the postcards? Because they are amazing <3
Comment: There is so much I want to say about this letter! For one your handwriting is amazing. Another thing is that I love the poems they are so pretty and I get a beautiful image from each. I also love love love the golden retriever stamp! Thank you for sharing!
Comment: Received your beautiful postcard today, thank you very much. I love the stamps you used I have never seen them before. I also have to comment on your printing, absolutely amazing amazing. I enjoyed reading about your life, my husband used to break horses when he was younger and my mother used to raise Arabian horses. I can't imagine working around the big draft horses they are huge animals and make other horses look like tiny ponies. Would love to be postcard penpals with you, if you're interested you can send me your address by sending me a message. I'm probably a grandma compared to your age, but my kids range from 39, 36, 28th + 27 and they are my best friends, so I'm good for getting along with young people and I enjoy hearing stories about people. Although my writing is definitely not as neat as yours πππ
Comment: Hi Alyssa! Sorry it took me so long to rate for this swap. You made a wonderfully cute card! Fig sounds like a nice horse. What type of horse is he? Does he like being lunged? Deep cleaning a stall is time consuming! Did you scrape all your tack too? I bet he loved the new carrot toy and bath :-) I'm sorry, I haven't watched a cooking show in a long time. I used to like the seasonal bake offs though. Thank you so much for the lovely card and the little squirrel pic with the quote on the back. <3 <3 <3
