Comment: This is the second time I have had to rate this swapper with a 1 in 2 days. There is no reason to sign up if you are not going to send. You should be completely banned from now on. This type of behavior ruins the spirit of the swaps and you should be ashamed of yourself.

You should not sign up for swaps unless you intend to mail them out. This is the third swap I have been flaked on this month, I am losing hope in swapbot. Will glady change rating if I do ever get it.
