For the Owl ATC background I used various washi tape and masking tape torn into strips and haphazardly layer across, then painted with acrylic Dollar Store paints with cotton balls I think BC I don't have any sponges or fancy paints..a little fine sparkly glitter dust. For the owl I drew it and cut out, painted it and glittered. Used back ground scraps to cut out eyes and wings. I forget what else I did, but remember to paint or marker the edges of the card and to add detail. Hope this helps...he was a cutie!!!
