Although I am newbie at Swap-bot, I have been into Postcrossing and penpalling more than 8 years, so you can be sure that I am not a flaker. Hi everyone! My name is Deniz, it means "sea" in Turkish language. It sounds like the name "Denise". I am 30 years old. I am a virgo and have some characteristics of my horoscope :) I live in Canakkale, a city located north-western of Turkey. It is the city where ancient Troy city remains. I am a part time teacher, a part time student and a full time learner. I have been into penpaling since I was 10 years old. I became member of Postcrossing in 2011, from that time till today I never quit snail mailing. I have hundreds of postcards from origin more than one hundred countries, I still keep trying to enlarge my collection. I like exchanging letters and swapping lovely things. That's why I am here! Apart from snail mailing, I like traveling and reading. Snail mail is another way to travel though! I am a night owl, my favourite season is summer, I am a cat person and love fountain pens. I used to blog for a long time, writing is my another passion.I am a huge Queen & Freddie Mercury fan. I like rock music, oldies: 70s, 80s, 90s...

I can speak English and some German, so feel free to write me in these languages. Especially German will be challenging for me, in a good way of course.

As for postcards, I collect all size postcards but written and stamped, in other words "naked" and "without envelope". Written postcards in envelope make me sad, I prefer them to be stamped and see their journey on the way to me. Different shaped cards are welcome, too. I am not a huge fan of greeting (folded) cards, unless it is not a greeting card swap, please kindly send your folded cards to someone who likes more than me.
