Hi, I'm Sarah! I love dance parties, cookies and well thought out color palettes.

Right now I am currently in love with the following things:

I live in the beautiful city of Portland, Maine with my husband, Adam. Together we make funny, stylish video games under the name Chickadee Games! My favorite crafts change depending on the seasons but I hate the hot summer months where I don't want to crochet. (Yarn in the summer is the grossest!)

I pretty much like anything that I can dance to and I really love hearing new music.

The only things I'm not too crazy about are emo, ska, female solo artists (tori amos, etc), folk and country.

I have really fallen in love with different needle crafts like embroidery, cross stitch and crochet. I also love making handmade items based on my illustrations and always love design.

I'm still trying to figure out quilting and I love trying new crafts all the time.

One time my friend had a party and she bought some plastic tambourines and maracas. We danced all night and played the tambourines so hard that all the little metal pieces flew off.

It was maybe one of the best times I've ever had.

I have a lot of old science and text books that I really love. Some are in other languages and I can't read them but they have the most beautiful illustrations. I also really love children's books, for the same reason. There are some really exceptional illustrations.

It's weird to list things I don't like, but ok:
