cotton tail rabbits. Here in Tasmania we have what the locals call Bunny Island it is a small piece of land between two lanes of highway, there are several shrubby trees and Rabbits there, every times you drive past there are rabbits to be seen, most grey but some black, locals believe someone dumped a pet rabbit there at one time to get the colour variants,, I don't know. they do not seem to be afraid of the traffic at all and you never see one dead on the road <3 there is said to be over 200 million feral Rabbits in Australia
