It is hard to find sticker flakes here in Los Angeles, so I usually buy them from an online shop at: "http://www.kawaiishopjapan.com/". They have reasonable prices, so I stock up every few months. Check it out and see how many cute flakes are out here in the world hehe Good luck on your new flake collection! :)
