I suspect we have all arrived here because we enjoy creating and sharing what we make to brighten someone's day. I am no different.

I have 2 boys and a pet rabbit named Flumph. (A Flumph is a monster in D&D - Google it if you're curious) There is more than an little nerdiness happening at my house and I deeply enjoy it!

Now that I've reached the middle-ish of my life I'm thinking a career change in is order. While I contemplate a 180 degree change and a return to college, I'm going to keep making and hopefully I'll get and give some joy along the way.

I enjoy TV shows that have a formula and don't cause stress or turmoil when I watch them.

Bones, NCIS, Monk, Psych

Of course I love YouTube and all of the amazingly creative paper crafters who share their ideas.

As for favorite craft, I LOVE PAPER!!! I have an astonishing collection and I like it so much that sometimes I get lost just looking at it and organizing it. I am also partial to washi tape, stickers, and book page collages.

Crops are a lot of fun but I'm usually the only one making a junk journal. I can appreciate a well ordered page layout as much as the next gal, but I'm not much for taking pictures so my beautiful layouts stay empty.

I also know how to knit, tat, and paint. I still find these crafts enjoyable but I haven't found a reason to do them lately.

I can listen to most music without issue.

When I'm feeling nostalgic I listen to pop music from around the 2000's. My family doesn't really get it but it really takes me back.

Workouts require Korn or Disturbed or Slipknot.

In the car with the family is radio pop which it seems no one at my house loves but no one hates it either. I consider that a win.

Country music makes me sad so I avoid that one if at all possible.

I use to play the trumpet so I appreciate some brassy swing or jazz. Maybe when I have more time I'll practice again and join a band. Wouldn't that be fun?!

I have found that I love when people list what they like/dislike because I REALLY want to send something that will be adored.

There isn't anything that will offend me and if it isn't to my personal taste, I'll send it along to someone I think will like it.

Also, while I do love all paper, I'm not sure what to do with small pieces of solid color or busy patterned paper. Until my creativity strikes, I would prefer not to receive.
