I'm an artist/crafter/postcard collector. I was born in Chicago, IL but I got my undergrad in Philadelphia, PA and graduate degree in Montclair, NJ so I was on the east coast for about 10 years, but then a couple years ago I moved back home to Sweet Home Chicago. I'll soon be moving to Michigan, where my fiancé will be moving to for work.

I am a printmaker, specializing in lithography. For my undergrad I mainly focused on artist books. For my MFA thesis show, I created anti-wedding dresses (one dress was wrapped in a chain). I cross stitch in my spare time. Whenever I go to antique shops I always look for postcards of places that I've been to.

I love to travel. I'm a huge Disney fan - I'll be getting married at Disney World next year!

I would be happy with any mail, but I'm definitely big on "places." States, cities, museums, attractions, etc. I love things handmade. Anything crafty, artistic, fine art are also happily welcome. Basically, I'm not picky. :)

I would LOVE airplane or airport postcards if you have them. (I'm marrying a pilot!)

I love all things Pixar and Disney animation, especially the older films. I'm a kid at heart. I also love Hello Kitty, Badz Maru, and all those other cute Sanrio characters.

Whatever you have or want to send, even if it doesn't match with anything I mentioned above, I will be happy to receive it.

Since I do travel a bit, I will post a rating for the postcards I received as soon as I pick up my mail when I get back! I'm also nervous about sending mail over seas so if you could tell me when you receive my postcard that would be wonderful (for those outside the US)! If you haven't received a card in the 2 weeks after the post date, please TELL ME so I can send along another one ASAP. Something must of happened in the mail and I want to fix it! :D
