I am a mother to a 13 year old son and 13 year old step-daughter (please pray for me!!). I have a wonderful husband named Derek who is truly my best friend. I work full time at a local doctors office and bartend Friday nights for my parents bar. I live in sunny Florida in a small town named DeFuniak Springs. I enjoy college football (Miami Hurricanes!!), reading, cooking, sewing, salt-water fishing, the beach, and participating in Relay for Life. I'm not very creative, so this is all new for me. Thought I'd try something different!

I like a wide variety of music. My fav is rock, old and new. Some fav bands are CCR, Aerosmith, Led Zepplin, Lynard Skynard, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Pepers, STP, Bob Marley, Doors, Eric Clapton, Kid Rock, Foo Fighters, Linkin Park, and many more!!

I enjoy a variety of movies. Not big on westerns however. A few fav's are The Notebook, Forest Gump, Shawshank Redemtion, Can't Buy Me Love, Goodfellows, Taxi Driver, Blow, anything with Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, The Owen Brothers.

I'm a reality show lover! Something about watching others act like idiots!! I also watch a lot of college football (GO CANES!!), and always sad to see the season end. Some fav shows are Grey's Anatomy, the news, House, Biggest Loser, Intervention, anything on BIO channel, History, TLC, or Food Network.

I'm trying to be more crafty! I do a little scrapbooking. I have taken on sewing and I do enjoy it! I love ribbon, any colors and sizes, college football themed patches or ribbons, buttons all size shapes and colors. Enjoy making paper crafts. Trying to broden my horizens and branch out to new things! Have just started making "whimsey jars" and really enjoy those.

I love to cook and love new cookbooks and recipes! Like to plant new flowers and can't wait to see them bloom, doing crossword puzzles, my two dauschunds and one very large pregnant yellow lab (addendum...just had 10, yes, 10!! puppies!!), love fundraising for Relay for Life. Love receiving other peoples mixed CD's! Also, I am trying to add to my very punnie "craft" collection. Don't have many stickers, ribbons, stamps, beads, gems, papers, embelishments....etc. Fav smell is probally vanilla or sugar cookies. Not much of a baker but love to make appetizers! Like to take pictures (so bad at actually getting them off my computer and developed). I love taking bubble baths and reading a really good book (together if possible!!).
