Our mail delivery in Georgia has reached an all time low so much that Congress has been involved.
If I have not rated you, I have not received your swap. I review my swaps regularly to archive completed swaps, and am seeing several from the first week of September not received. Please PM me if you do not see a rating/feedback and I'll mark it as received to close out the swap.
