Hello! My name is Anastasia. I have lived in and around Evansville Indiana for 15 years. I'm 28 with the sense of humor of a 8 year old. Humor is super important to me, gotta laugh to keep from crying.

My family recently purchased a "handy man special" house which has turned out to be more than we bargained for. I will be moving in there soon, hopefully by that time there will be a toilet and hot water. I have a very quirky sense of style and I am in no way afraid of color. I love BRIGHT color, it makes me happy!! My apartment will have a bohemian, gypsy, hippy, type vibe. I live with a fat mischievous cat named Tater Tumkins, and my bestest buddy Aii Chihuahua.

I like comedy, fantasy, horror, sci-fi & animated movies. Not so big into drama. Movies and television are escapism for me, I don't want to feel sad or stressed during TV time. I don't have a lot of cash so going to the theater is a RARE occurrence.

Movies I like include... Shawn of the dead, Princess Bride, Army of Darkness, Studio Ghibli films, Anything Rifftrax. I grew up watching Mystery Science Theater with my dad so B-horror movies hold a special place in my heart.

TV shows I like include... Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Shameless, Adventure Time, The Mindy Project, Steven Universe, old Hanna-Barbera cartoons, Raising Hope, Project Runway.

There isn't anything I CANNOT stand. If the person I'm watching TV with likes a show I'll watch it too. Star trek with dad, or soaps with mom. When I watch a show my Sister watches and I don't, I like to ask questions that I know will have super detailed answers. Then nod and see how long she will explain before she realizes that I actually don't care. (oh the joys of being a younger sibling)

I was homeschooled so I've dabbled in a lot of different crafts. Jewelry making, paper making, knitting, crochet, collage, cross stitch, embroidery, even pottery throwing. I love trying new crafts.

I've been trying to organize a craft night for friends to get together and finish projects or make a simple craft. Swap-bot might be the boost we need to make that happen.
