I am a California native. I am a mom to an incredible 16 year old girl, and the sweetest most precocious Mini Schnauzer named Watson (his cousin is Sherlock).

I work in the transportation industry, scheduling big rig trucks to deliver building materials up and down the state. In the almost 20 years I've been working in such a demanding field, I've become even more sarcastic (which started off as a defense mechanism in my early teens), when you get to know me, you'll realize I'm a just soft, overly sweet, gooey marshmallow on the inside!

In my past life, I feel like I must have been a gypsy or pirate. I dream of travelling around in a tiny home/R.V. without a schedule. On the flip side, I also dream of owning my own home and having an art/craft studio.

I'm attracted to shiny objects and glitter...and iridescent foil.

A lover of books, journals and notebooks, I used to penpal when I was younger. Now that I'm older and my social circles have gotten smaller, it's nice to reach out and meet new people, especially when you have a mutual love of crafting. My postman is also relieved that I now have a good reason to pickup my mail...and my creditors probably are too...

There is nothing more fulfilling to create something with your hands, I truly believe handmade is best made. I love so many different crafts, and there is always something new to try! My steady love is paper crafting. I used to make and sell soap at local festivals but lately my full time job and life in general has me spread too thin to schlep my wares all over town on my off time. I have also dabbled in candle carving, needle felting, knitting/crocheting, fluid acrylic painting and my latest, painting mandalas on rocks and canvas!

I mainly listen to audiobooks on Audible during my commute to work, while crafting and lounging about the house.

I have always had a very eclectic playlist!

I’m currently crushing on Jasper Liu who just released his first solo ep. I’m just getting into MandoPop and KPop!

I love a little bit of everything really. From Classic to Grunge, Heavy Metal to Country. If it sounds good or the lyrics move me, it’s going to be on repeat!
