About Me
I live in Wales, part of the United Kingdom.
I am no longer in my 40s, married mother of one son.
I am a penpaller and Postcrosser (I prefer letters though). I am not a postcard collector but do like to receive nice postcards (stuck for themes? try landscape, UNESCO, mapcards, cartoons... nice postcards) with the message (about the picture, weather, ....) on the back being just as important as the picture. I collected stamps when I was a child and my son has shown some interest in them.
I am able to pass on FBs, but only one or two at a time.
I am not a religious person.
I am a writer, letterwriter, photographer.... I love penpalling, so much so, I have a snail mail forum.
Is it odd that I don't want to write too much in my profile, so that there'll be something new to say & find out about me in letters?
Books, films and television
Science Fiction & Horror, including works by Terry Pratchett, Stephen King, Dean R. Koontz, Shaun Hutson....The same genres also apply to movies.
I also like non-fiction books.
I have never watched a full episode of Big Brother or Britain's Got Talent or The X-Factor or Pop Idol.

- Freerice - Freerice is a non-profit website that is owned by and supports the United Nations World Food Programme. Freerice has two goals: 1) Provide education to everyone for free. 2) Help end world hunger by providing rice to hungry people for free.

- taking photographs (except self-portraits - I fear the lens would break!!)
- I like other things too, but you don't go into a public place and shout out a list of your likes, interests and hobbies... in the hope someone will talk to you.

Just a thought, you might want to have a look at the Long Letter Pals group. Keep meaning to mention it in a letter and forgetting. A really lovely group. No swaps up at the moment because most of us are finishing our "31 Letters" swap, due out next week.
I think if you asked to join, you'd be straight in!

Hey, am holding off on posting out your letter cause of the weather around here. Wed and Thur will be fun for me.
No problem about the puzzle stamps. They were so unique to me that I did a search on the internet about them, and I noticed they were older issues. :-) I do enjoy having the one you sent on the postcard. Have a great week!
