Hi everyone. I am Dutch but have lived most of my adult life in New Zealand. Brought up to be frugal and to "make do", I now find that I get a kick out of making something out of "nothing", usually discarded paper and fabric. I often end up making a book form (I also love reading, and finding words in magazines and books to use in my collages). I like the challenge of figuring out how to make something with whatever I have on hand, usually with glue or stitch. I like anything vintage. When I'm not making or reading, I ride my bike. I use stamps in my collages, particularly old stamps or with flowers, butterflies, birds, trees...
