Hello!

I have been on swap-bot since the end of December, and I am absolutely blown away by the kind and talented people on here! Every package and email has brightened my day.

I really love to swap ATCs, especially on a recurring theme. I also love to hear about where people are from and what is going on in your neck of the woods! I have only travelled to a handful of countries, all in Europe, so I love to hear about places I have never visited.

I’ve become a little obsessed with making zines, especially mini ones! You can find examples of my zines on my Etsy store, linked above.

I love to create - sewing, quilting, illustrating, painting, writing, book binding - anything that keeps my hands and brain busy!

I also work full-time as a primary school teacher and have two lovely children and DH to spend time with too.

I live in England in a small town that is close enough to London to be commutable but far enough away to not feel busy. We have woods and a canal for slow walks and faster bike rides to enjoy.

I haven’t travelled to many other countries and I have never left Europe so I am looking forward to hearing from international people.

I tend to live in a fantasy world whenever I can ... I love the Harry Potter universe, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Steam Punk and dragons.

Other favourites include...

Favourite films: Marvel universe or Star Wars, plus Disney movies both classic and modern.

Favourite books: I love a good murder mystery but nothing too gory - reads like Agatha Christie and Mark Gatiss. I also have particular books that are lifelong favourites; Dracula is one, and the Harry Potter series, of course!

Favourite exercise: Yoga and bike rides.

Favourite TV programmes: Anything with the format of ‘they make something and someone gets voted out’ such as Bake off, sewing bee etc

Favourite beverage: Tea (including flavoured), hot chocolate and definitely NOT coffee.

Favourite place: Whitby in North Yorkshire, Disneyland Paris, the Loire.
