Hi everyone, I'm in my early 40s, a housewife, and mom to three girls. Lately, I've started getting back into glue books/art journals. I take apart old children's books and turn them into journals. I no longer hoard/save craft bits for that special occasion (which never comes), and use them in my journals. Other crafts I sometimes work on are ATCs, deco books, altered matchboxes, stamp carving, some knitting, crocheting, and sewing.

• Anything cute and kitschy (ex. 1950s, mid-century, and tiki style)

• Winter accessories (warm socks, gloves, scarves, beanies, etc. I use them!)

• Kawaii - Japanese brands (esp anything with ghost/monsters, quirky objects, and food with faces). I love the older designs from the late 90s to early 2000s the best. My favorite Sanrio characters are Little Twin Stars, My Melody, and Keroppi.
• Some Korean kawaii. I mostly like the older stuff from the 90s, like Lovely White, Pink Hana, and Jetoy Cat.
• My favorite art styles: Pre-Raphaelite, and Pop Surrealism
