I also love the quote from the Dalai Lama, it is so try that there isn't anyone who doesn't appreciate kindness and compassion. Wonderful words to live by. Al also love the beautiful stamp of the common poppy, one of my favorite flowers!

Response: Thanks for the heart! :) Try the Teatime Keema Pulao - it's very easy and tasty and you can vary the spices to suit anyone. I have trouble writing recipes out sometimes as I cook by eye :)
