Wow! That PC got there fast! I have no idea if that is washi tape or what it is. I made it years and years ago. All I know is I used kawaii memos and sticker flakes for the ghosts. I'll keep you updated on the jury situation. I'm just excited that I get to wear my new dresses. LOL!
