Colima

Hi, my name is Colima. I work full-time and craft as much as I can on weekends or after work. I love to scrapbook, quilt,knit, crochet, sew, bake, bead, can things. I like to make all kinds of stuff - things for my house, things to wear, gifts, cards, scrapbooks. If I see something fun to make I get excited and want to make it asap!
I am really loving woodland creatures right now, like deer, foxes, hedgehogs, bears, raccoons. I pretty much love to decorate for all the holidays but Fall is for sure my fav. A close second is Christmas.
Pink or fuschia is always my favorite color, but I pretty much love lots of color in general. My house has a lot of green, gold, pinks, reds and I switch things out for each season or what my mood may be.

Am updating this b/c I am always changing favs. I have to confess that the Twilight series is my favorite right now. I am late to reading the series because sometimes I have an aversion to things when they are really popular. I also love the Harry Potter series, I was at every book release at midnight or whenever the store would open to get it the day that the books would come out - but didn't go as far as dressing up in HP attire :) Other favs are any of the Beverly Lewis books.

I don't like drama or sad movies, just mostly comedies or as silly as it is cartoons and dorky stuff!

Okay, so tv sorta contradicts my no drama rule, I love the show Bones, and Law and Order!!!!

Oh man, what don't I like??? I started out sewing when I was like 3 or 4 - to copy my Mom :) I used to sew myself little dolls and make clothes for them and had a little city going. I still have them - they are a kick in the pants! I also sew clothes for myself and my husband. I taught myself to knit and crochet from books and love both of those. I have been crocheting amigurumis a lot b/c they are so cute! I like to embroider stuff. I like beading a lot. Really love quilting and knitting. Love to scrapbook!!!! and make cards. My girlfriends and I go to a scrapbook retreat twice a year, it's a blast!

I like anything Hello Kitty, glitter, flowers, stickers that can be used with scrapbooks (acid free), seasonal scrapbook items are good. I like Basic Grey, Sassafras, fun paper for scrapbooking, stationery, soft things like nice yarn or socks. I like hot chocolate and apple cider and peppermint flavored coffee. I like all the Charlie Brown characters, Strawberry shortcake or cute strawberry things. I love buttons - older the better and shaped buttons, fun colors. I'm always on the lookout for fun courderoy - bright colors and such. I like old sheet music, have been collecting that and then don't want to cut it up! I have been searching for toadstools, the kind used in floral design (?) not sure how to describe. I'm also always on the lookout for ballerina cupcake toppers in any color. My favorite animals right now are hedgehogs, deer, bunnies, owls. I'm also digging gnomes right now too, and matroyska dolls.

I am a little bit allergic to nuts even though I do like to eat them, so unfortunately no peanuts, almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts or the like. I do not like dark chocolate. I don't really care for flowery scents even though I like flowers, I prefer apple or spicy scents. I don't have kids, so please no baby stuff. I have furry babies :) Please don't send me anything dirty, like dirt-dirty or sexual.
