I live in Lancashire, UK, it's the NW part of the country. I'm 47, happily married for 26 years, and we have 1 daughter who is 21. I'm going to be a grandma for the first time in May, sooo excited!! Family means the world to me. I have a disability called FSH muscular dystrophy, it's a muscle wasting disease that affects every part of my body, so I don't work anymore, but find lots of things to fill my time. I'm a big crafter, and over the years have tried most things, but I always come back to paper craft.

I also enjoy the pen pal world. I love writing to my pals, learning about different countries and cultures. I collect post cards, I'm not fit enough to travel now, so post cards let me see the world. Washi is another of my 'addictions' I love all the different designs. And pens!! Well I could stock my own shop with my pen collection!! I'm a big animal lover. We have 2 cats, and last year lost our beloved dog due to old age. I'm definitely a summer girl, hate the cold, dark winter months.

I've been a member of post crossing for around 18 months, and I also run my own UK based swap group on Facebook.
