Description: | |
This is a swap for a mini book that you make yourself for 1 partner. The book should measure less than 3 inches high and 3 inches wide, and 3 inches thick. You can use any material to make it, paper, fabric, metal, polymer clay. It can have words, a story, a poem, or just images inside. Some examples of books you could make. Single sheet book: http://www.bookmakingwithkids.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/single-sheet-instructions.pdf Japanese stab binding: http://www.bookbindingteam.com/2009/01/japanese-stab-binding-tutorials.html accordion fold book: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJLvVh2BkCM (this has a good technique for ensuring your folds are even) The example image above for the swap is an accordion fold book that is shaped like hands. Above all please make something nice for your partner, refrain from making it with old candy wrappers or trash, or anything smelly. Hopefully that goes without saying though! To qualify for this swap you must have a rating ot 4.9 or above and have no unexplained 1s. I'd like for you to have at least 5 level 3 swaps, but message me if you think you deserve an exception and I'll see what I can do. Must have a filled out profile and I might accept newer swappers if you have a 5.0 rating and send me a messaage. |
