Description:

Hi!

I love collecting recipes, don't you? For this swap you will be required to answer the questions listed below by using a recipe. You will also need to send a note with the recipes explaining your choices. You will have 2 partners, so each partner will get atleast 3 recipes. I will angel this swap if needed, but hopefully we won't have any flakers. No recent 1's or 3's with out a good reason. PM me if you have any,but can explain them reasonably. Unrated, newbies welsome. Atleast a 4.8 rating required for everyone else. You may use recipe cards or prettied up index cards. Only one recipe is required per question, but you can always send more as long as the recipes relate to the question being asked. If you have any questions, please ask.

RECAP:

3 questions = 3 recipes for each of your partners

A note explaining your choices.

Questions:

  1. What recipes stirs up a memory from your childhood

  2. Where are you from? (eg.you can do something like Georgia: main crop peaches : recipre for something with peaches in it or Luoisiana = cajun food)

  3. What is your favorite color? (eg.recipes might be RED velvet cake or recipe for cooking PURPLE hull peas)

Hopefully this will be a successful swap because I have many more questions.

Have some fun with this

Keep Smiling and Keep Swapping!

What a great idea! Have lived in several states, each one seems to offer something special. Count me in. Can we use terms like: a dash or a pinch?

honeyblossom 05/12/2011 #

You can use dash and pinch, but if you do please include in your note a brief definition of the terms since it might mean different amounts to different people. My grandmother's tablespoon was actually a serving spoon so when we used her recipes, we had to allow for these things.
