Mitten Mitten Who Needs Mittens?

******PLEASE NOTE******* Swap dates have changed on 4/2/2011

It still may be spring and hopefully no more snow coming soon but THERE ARE MORE KINDS OF MITTENS THAN SNOW MITTENS. There are oven mittens and outdoor grilling mittens, those can be used this spring and summer or any season.

If you are able to make a pair of mittens for winter you might need them for yourself, child,or for a gift or you can reswap or donate them. I see numerous boxes labeled "Donate Mittens and/or Hats Here" when the winter is close. Schools love donations of mittens as well. You would probably be shocked how many kids come to school without mittens or lose them or leave them on the bus.

In this swap you will send ONE pair, any size, any material, any kind of mittens to one partner. You may knit, crochet, or sew them, even BUY them. I will list links perhaps may help if you plan to make them.
