This swap is for a journal to be kept though the month of APRIL recording your diet successes and setbacks.

You may buy or make your journal, please no smaller than 8.5 inches x 5.5 inches. You will have a total of 31 entries that you will be sending to your partner.

THINGS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR JOURNAL.....

1)Your weight loss goal at the end of the month/at the end of the month did you reach this goal

2)Are you following a program, if so, which one and why did you choose it. If not, what are you doing to lose the weight and why did you choose this way.

3)A sampling of what you do eat during the course of the day.

4)Tell your partners about the type of exercise you do, how much and when.

5)Include recipes

6)Include tips on what works for you

7)Tell us why you are losing weight...is it for a special occasion, is it for health reasons, etc.

8)Things that make you lose sight of your goal...a bad day at work, at home, etc.

9)What triggers stress eating if you do stress eat

10)....other things you may want to share with your partner about your weight loss journey

*** PLEASE START THE JOURNAL WITH A SHORT INTRODUCTION ABOUT YOURSELF AND ANYTHING YOU WANT YOUR PARTNER TO KNOW ABOUT YOU.***

This is only for each of us to learn about others, it is not for the person your sending to, to use this as a diet for themselves.

Please make the journal interesting, not just a list, its a journal and should be used for journaling. Use colour, pictures, etc. Make the journal something you would love to receive from someone.

31 entries is the minimum amount of entries for the journal, so fill it up. Answers should be more than 4 or 5 lines.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR JOURNALS ARE IN THE MAIL TO YOUR PARTNER ON TIME, late mailing could result in a lower rating.

PLEASE RATE YOUR PARTNER WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR JOURNAL.

Also if your going to be late please let your partner know.

Oh nice idea! This will ensure that I actually keep my journal for longer than 2 days lol

I really like this idea. It makes me wish I were in Canada! I can't do so at the moment, but would you mind if I made a US version of this swap? I do SparkPeople (and have a SparkPeople group here as well) and can always use the extra motivation that this would give. I know that I can't be the only one in the US that feels this way as well.

I also want to say WAY TO GO ALL OF YOU! 'Cause I know everyone that joins this swap is gonna rock!

A great swap idea and maybe someone will be able to host something similar here in the US. I love to make weight loss journals.
