newbie here.. just wanna ask what is a swap card? Is it a plain card, something you made? Sorry, I'm totally clueless

Swap cards are something you include with all your swaps. They include information like what the name of the swap was (I usually leave a blank line when making personalized swap cards) and your SwapBot username, so the receiver can make sure to rate you for your package. :)

This is an international swap, so why have things on the list like US postage stuff and coupons?

bree081 01/10/2011 #

Im from Australia, there are many things on the list so i guess if you dont live in the US then you dont have to sent the US postage coupons. i have already started stocking up for this swap! im just waiting now to see who i get to swap with so i can see what they are into and hopefully give them something they will love! my first newbie swap!! so exited!

I am a newbie too, I hope to get someone from Australia to swap with. :)

Also, if you send teabags to Australia, the whole package will be seized by Customs, not just the teabags removed. Everything. Your recipient won't receive word, nor will the sender. It will just look you didn't send anything, so you both miss out. And I agree with @lexidh - I would've thought it through a little better. :)

Not sure if I'm joining... probably not, to be honest. Not worth the hassle, sadly. :(
