Description:

Since it sounds like most people in the group enjoy intresting foods and snacks, let's share those with each other.

You will send your partner at least 2 snacks or food items that are special in your country or area. Feel free to send more, but it's not required.

  • The food items must have an English description if the wrapper is printed in a non-English language.

  • Be careful to not send items that your partner is allergic to. You must check out their profile to see that. Also, if you have any specific food allergies or dietary requirements, PLEASE LIST THEM in the comments section below.

  • Food items can be sweet or savory, candies or chips/crisps, drink mixes or snacks, etc. Be careful about sending melty items to hot countries (e.g. chocolate to anywhere in Southeast Asia).

If there are any postal restrictions in your country about sending/receiving food items or cultural issues with certain food products, please make sure you clearly state this in your profile or in the comments section to avoid receiving prohibited items.

Enjoy your nom noms!

If my partner were from the US, would it be okay for me to send something from another country I grew up in instead?

robotlove 11/ 9/2010 #

(asking because i live in the us, and i would like to send something unique)^

@robotlove Thank you for the question. I'm sure that would be ok as long as the items are ok for your partner to consume (they're not allergic to them).

You should host this again after the holidays. :P
