Okay this is a kind of weird idea, so I don't know if I'm the only one who will find it fun... But here goes!

I'm currently in a "purge" swap where I'm sending things I have lying around that I don't have any use for to someone else. Basically "one person's trash is another person's treasure". As I was searching around my house for stuff to include in this swap, I thought about my pantry. I am a couponer, and I often buy things on sale or to stockpile. Or we might buy something and not like it, and then it just sits in our pantry, and I get sick of looking at it. So I thought of making a Pantry Purge swap!

This is what you'll do... Send your partner a medium flat rate box (or something bigger) full of any food, drink, or health and beauty products that you have purchased but don't want or like. This includes any baking mixes, dry mixes, spices, canned goods, cereal, tea, toothpaste, toothbrushes, other toiletries, shampoo, soap... Etc! It must still be sealed though. However, say you had a box of individually wrapped granola bars. You opened the box, ate one, and didn't like it. It's okay that the outer packaging is open as long as each granola bar is individually wrapped.

NOTHING that is past expiration date, nothing that is unsanitary or unsafe (you know, no prescription medicines, etc, use common sense), and nothing that is spoiled or will not make the trip in the mail (no fresh or refrigerated items)

This should be stuff that you have around your house, and you get the boxes free at the post office, so the only cost will be shipping which is around $11.

No newbies, no flakers. No recent 1s or 3s without explanation.

This is sender's choice, but you may list allergies or dislikes below.

I prefer health & beauty products over food if possible because DH & I are on Weight Watchers... Any food that is healthy would be loved by us! We eat a lot of 100 calorie packs and granola bars.
