Let's Write About Dad

Since Father's Day is on the way, let's write to our partner about our "Dad". You can write about your Father, Grandfather, or anyone else that you see as a father figure in your life.

Here are just a few ideas to help get those creative writing juices flowing. You may write about:

• Your earliest memory of you and your Dad.
• The best advice your Dad has ever given you.
• Your fondest memory of your Dad.
• Describe your Father's appearance in detail.
• Describe your Father's personality in detail.
• Was there anything that your Dad would let you get away with as a child that you knew your Mom would not?
• What did you learn as a child from your Father's example?
• What do you appreciate the most about your Dad?
• Do you plan on doing anything with your Dad for this Father's Day?

Those were only ideas of what you can write about. Feel free to come up with your own, as long as they are about your Father or the Father figure in your life.
