'm hosting a series of ATC swaps for each of the 12 Olympian Gods of Greek/Roman mythology. We've finally reached the twelfth and last one of the series: The god of wine, Dionysus/Bacchus. Here's his wikipedia page: link Dionysus is the youngest of the Olympians, taking his seat when Hestia/Vespa gave up hers to take a seat by the hearth. I chose to do him rather than her because A: he's more fun to draw and B: he's more well known. If there's interest we can do a Hestia/Vespa swap later (as well as, possibly, Pan and other minor gods, heroes, and monsters.) You will make 1 card for 1 partner featuring Dionysus. All media are welcome, but do a good job here! No just slapping a sticker on cardstock or gluing a button to a computer printout of some clip-art, and NO DISNEY. Spend time on it and make something you would be proud to send and delighted to receive. I want the people who do the whole series to have a full set of 12 cards at the end of it, so the requirements will be fairly strict. 4.9 rating, with at least 10 completed snailmail swaps. Sorry, no newbies for this one. If you don't meet the requirements now, contact me. I usually hold private backup swaps for those who don't meet the requirements or miss the signup time, so PM me if you're interested. Also, if you haven't been participating in the series so far or if you've missed one, feel free to join in now! At the end of the series (the Olympians anyway, I plan to continue into other gods and heros) I'll have a catchup swap. I can't believe this is the last swap of the series! Thanks to everyone who's stuck with it the whole time and made it go so well. As always PM me if you have any problems or anything. |
