Description:

The concept: Swapping recipes with 5 partners by e-mail. I thought adding the alphabetical element would be fun because I could make this a series and keep it going for a while.

This is the seventeeth swap, so the letter is Q and I picked something that is still less familiar, quinoa! So the goal is to send each of your 5 partners 1 recipe containing quinoa. You can send all your partners the same recipe or different ones if you so choose. Not sure what it is, check out this link: Quinoa!

Please remember, this is still a swap, so sending on time is important. Flaking is still flaking, no matter what format it is in. I will be checking profiles prior to assigning partners.

Sign up date is: January 16, 2010. Sending deadline: January 24, 2010 (a week from when I'll assign partners). It's also a good idea to send the recipe in the body of the e-mail.

Feel free to jump in at any point in the series, and yes, newbies are welcome - as long as there is no flaking history. I will angel if need be after the 2 weeks have past, so that the proper ratings can take place.

Final note: Please rate after you've received the recipes from your partner!

There's a linky in the description, it's a grain that you can use in a lot of ways like couscous or barley, but it's very high in protein. It's one of those "super foods" I think....
