This is the 2nd in our ATCs of the Year series. You don't have to be in all of them to enjoy any of them. This one is for Februrary. It's senders choice as long as it somehow relates to February. On the back of the ATC (or in a stand alone note if you are long winded lol) explain why your ATC means February to you. 2 partners, one ATC each. Easy, peasy.
