Here's an easy swap for us Californians. You will send one scratcher lottery ticket to each of 3 partners. Since we are all in California, it will be easy to collect our winnings! This is open to newbies and anyone with a 4.7 or higher and no issues in the past 3 months. I reserve the right to ban anyone that I think may not fulfill this swap or do not fit the requirements.
