Hello crafters! This swap is my 3rd swap. For this swap you are going to make a ATC (Artist trading card) that has to have a tea cup on it and some kind of dessert. NO FLAKERS!!!! I love this idea and i would love to angel :) This is international because you can stick it in a envelope and send it out. Newbies allowed but need to have 1 swap completed- no email swaps or internet based swaps. one atc for one partner. thanks!

Any swapper can send ANY extras at their own discretion.
